Three military officers are stationed in an old dungeon where serfs used to be punished. The boredom is because all their enemies are already in jail. One has the bright idea to shake-down a local hooch maker! Once she's busted, she's brought back to the dungeon, bound, spanked, and whipped during her interrogation! Even though she endures the pain, she still doesn't give up the info easily until they finally cane her already beet red bottom. Has she learned her lesson or will she keep making moonshine?
