Two naughty schoolgirls skip their classes for the entire day so they can have a picnic in the park. But when their mom finds out she is furious and she vows to punish them! She enlists the help of their muscular brother, who relishes the idea of punishing the petite girls. They are made to strip and lay side by side on the bed. Their brother comes in with a cane and decides that he'll spank one while the other watches, and then move to the other. He whips them fiercely, their bare bottoms turning red. But as the strokes continue welts appear on their agonized flesh. They cry and plead for him to stop, saying they'll never skip school again, but he is relentless. After he's whipped them both severely, he pours a line of hard beans onto two chairs and makes them knees on them. The movie fades out as the girls, their ravaged bottoms quivering, kneel on the beans and cry.
